This wine is produced by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Grapes that grown in a small parcel of the vineyard called with his ancient name “Greto alla Macchia”

  • Soil characteristics:moderately calcareous sandy loam
  • Training system and plant density:guyot , 7.142 vines per hectare
  • Harvest period and grapes selection:the grapes have been hand harvested in small boxes and selected by two different triage tables, before and after destemming, and immediately pressed. The fermentation of this vintage has been made in French oak barrique
  • Ageing and refining:12 months in French oak barrique and 4 months in cement vat
  • Production: 1800-2500 cl.75 bottles
